Description
OPS-782 gearbox for combined drive systems is designed for vehicles with a drive train over 18 tons, calling for very low speeds and easy control during work (hydrostatic), and requiring mechanical drive be restored during transfer, so that top speed can be reached. Some application examples are; vehicles for street sweeper trucks and airport forwards (sweepers), high-pressure and vacuum cleaning vehicles, sewer cleaners and septic tankers, street flushers. Groups for the mechanical and hydrostatic drive with flange mounts for hydraulic pumps and motors. They are set up to a couple of hydraulic pumps and a hydraulic motor that, when connected through a hydraulic circuit, permits the conversion of the vehicle’s traction from mechanical to hydrostatic.

SOLICITUD
La caja de transferencia OPS923/H ha sido diseñada principalmente para equipos de vacío en seco, vehículos de mantenimiento de carreteras y aeropuertos para la regeneración de asfalto y vehículos para aplicaciones de rieles elevados.
DESCRIPCIÓN
El OPS923/H es una unidad perteneciente a la familia de Cajas de Transferencia OPS923 (Direct Drive, Disconnect, W/C) con un módulo de caja hidrostática montado en la salida de la transmisión principal.
Este grupo permite el accionamiento hidrostático del vehículo mediante la instalación de una bomba hidráulica y un motor hidráulico en la caja de transferencia y el módulo de la caja hidrostática respectivamente. El traslado del vehículo se logra con la capacidad de variar la velocidad de avance sin afectar la velocidad de operación del equipo.
El módulo de caja hidrostática, diseñado para una serie de aplicaciones, proporciona varias relaciones de transmisión de reducción. Esto permite sistemas de transmisión en los que se requieren velocidades muy bajas, como 0,05 km - 1,5 km/h (0,03 MPH - 1 mph) o velocidades más altas de hasta 25 - 30 km/h (16 MPH - 19 MPH). La operación del módulo de caja hidrostática se logra con un control independiente del control de desconexión de la transmisión principal. En base a esto, es imperativo instalar un sistema de seguridad de interfaz que impida el enganche del módulo de la caja hidrostática sin antes desenganchar la transmisión principal del diferencial.
