This group allows the hydrostatic drive of the vehicle by installing a hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor at the transfer case and hydrostatic case module respectively. Customers of Optima’s have been using creep drives designs. These units shown in the picture are getting close to shipment and will be used in a guardrail truck application.  The creep drive allows the vehicle to creep along at very low consistent speeds, regardless of the engine speed.  This in turn allows the auxiliary systems to utilize the power needed to perform the work needed effectively.  The vehicle is then able to drive at a normal speed once the system is disengaged.

OPS371 has been specifically designed for sewer cleaning trucks. OPS371 is a split shaft power take-off whose dimensions and performance are particularly suitable for driving through cardan shafts hydraulic pumps, blowers, compressors above the lorry’s frame. The flange for Cardan shafts can be mounted both on differential and/or cabin sides.
